Information we collect

When you visit this website, we record which pages are viewed and which application buttons are clicked. To count visits, we set one first-party cookie that holds a random identifier. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not store your IP address.

When you apply, we collect the details you give us to create your account: your full name, your clinic’s name, its ZIP code, your email address and your phone number. The application then asks about your practice, such as its services, locations, patients, team, operations and finances. These questions are about the business; please do not include any patient’s health information.

To protect the application from misuse, we keep a one-way coded form of your network address for no more than one day. It cannot be turned back into the address.

How we use information

We use your information to evaluate whether your practice fits our investment focus, to contact you about your application by the method you chose, to send the single-use sign-in links you request, to keep the application secure and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this website.

We may use software, including AI-assisted tools, to help our team organize and review applications. People at GALE make every decision about an application.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as needed: within GALE; with Nara Longevity, the brand and operating platform that partner practices join, when your practice is being considered for a partnership; with professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, who are bound by confidentiality; with service providers that host and operate this website and the application for us; and when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Cookies

This website sets one first-party cookie with a random identifier, used only to count visits. The application sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in while you work; the session ends after two hours without activity. Neither cookie is used for advertising or shared with others.

How we protect and keep information

Contact details are encrypted when stored, and access to applications is limited to the people at GALE who review them. Sign-in links work once and expire. An unfinished application can be resumed for 30 days. We keep a submitted application for as long as we need it to evaluate the partnership and to keep accurate business records, or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by writing to partnerships@galecapitalpartners.com. We act on a deletion request within 30 days: we remove your contact details, and we may keep the business information and the record of our review where we need them for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting you about your application.

Children

This website and the application are intended for business owners and professionals. They are not directed to anyone under 18.
